Our master pizzaiolo, Alessio Lacco, hails from Naples, Italy, where he trained to create soft, tender crust cooked in a blistering hot 900° wood-burning oven. We count with different oven options to cook authentic Neapolitan Pizza on wheels, from our iconic Piaggio Ape Car to our Mobile and Tabletop setups, we can virtually reach any space. Alessio and Sofia create a little taste of Italy throughout Atlanta as the couple travels to bring Pizza Napoletana to private events, pop-ups and more.
